Commercial Kitchen Hoods

Scope of Work

• We can order a hood from one of our suppliers or use one of yours.
• We can provide stamped engineered drawings or use yours.
• We will coordinate with your local Fire Marshal regarding any local codes.
• We can provide you with your wall stainless steel sheeting or glue up yours.
• We will hang the hood at the appropriate height and location.
• We will install the agreed upon Fresh Air Vent System.
• We will layout the location and size of the roof or wall penetrations for the Exhaust Fan and Make-Up Fan.
• We can cut open the roof or wall penetration and install the curb or coordinate with your company.
• We will cut and weld the Exhaust Duct from the hood to the roof boot.
• We will install a Flex Duct system from the Make-Up Fan to the Fresh Air Vent.
• We will provide and install the Duct Temperature Sensor.
• We can coordinate with your Fire Supression Company or arrange for one of ours to install a system.
• We prefer to use our Electrician to connect all electrical controls and connect to the FSS.
• We will arrange for and provide any appropriate permits not covered by your GC, EC and MC.
